Just an idea.
Would there be enough interest in organising a bus to Galway for a Friday night tournament?
Brendan Doddy from Ballymote would drive a bus, maybe collecting the Boyle lads, Tubbercurry, Charlestown and Kiltimagh and Claremorris poker 'cells'.
I'd say we could get close to 30 players and hit The Eglington for a night? I'm sure Fintan and Dave Curtis will roll out the red carpet.

I would be up for this, and so would a few of the Boyle Crew. If we got a def number going I'd say we'd be welcomed with open arms!

From what I can see, they use Friday night for either a satelitte for a large live tournament or they have a €70 Double Chance game.
First Friday of every month is a €250 monthly 'monster' game

Definitely on for this but not for a €250 game.

Spoke with Dave Curtis in Galway, it's a €45+5 double chance game, 20 min blinds. 8000 (4000+4000) stack.
Will talk with Carlo in Boyle and just pick a date, don't think we'll have a problem getting 29 together.

Was thinking 2nd Friday in November, so I think it'll be the regular game then, will find out for defo and post here. Bob - Think games starts at 8.30pm, so if we're running late, we'll just miss out Kiltimagh

I'll check with Kiltimagh lads over the weekend. Doesnt seem much interest from Claremorris lads.
