Daryl has just left the building. He pushed for 3,500, Martin re raised to 7k and the rest folded. Daryl had 89 vs Martins QQ. 667 flop gave the Blonde bombshell hope but a J turn and skittery 2 on the river sent him to join the rest of us also rans. One Knock competitor left. Two Coillte's still standing(or sitting). A Kildare man the man from MayoAbbey and our Euro ranked representative.

Three to a flop with no raise. Pat Ritch and Martin. Flop K86 2x diamond check from Martin and Ritch and Pat makes it 9k. Ritchie pushes 37.5k and Pat called off his last 22k. They show down K8 for Ritch and two pair and Pat had K3. The turn came a J and the river teased Pat by making him a lower two pair. 5 left.

Approx stacks; Keith 20k Raf 34k Paul 20k Ritch 53k Martin 20k Blinds 1500 3k Tight as you like. Keith looking like the one who's moving up the gears though with 3 all-ins uncontested on the last rotation. Will he be caught out or is he just catching big hands at the right time?

Former Claremorris No.1 Martin Regan faces off against the Euro ranked Ritchie Trench in a tense heads-up battle here in the Hanley's arena. Ritchie is almost 2-1 in chips but Martin knows that one double changes everything. Will it be the former champ or the man who has been there or there about since mayo poker took off? I don't know if I can take any more tension!

We have a winner. Ritchie is going to E-mail the Hendon Mob as this win could raise his european ranking by a place. Final hand was A6 for Martin and QQ for Ritchie. No help for Martin and Ritchie is a well deserved winner.
