Jesus lads ye got rightly shown up there. The lads who finished 1st-5th on 1 table and 6th - 10th on the other when i left. Even with all the donations i gave ye before i left! I had a really bad beat. Blinds 750/1500. Raised to 4500 with K5 off suit from cut off, JR calls on the button and SB and BB fold. Flop Q 4 6 rainbow. I bet 6000. JR flat calls. Turn 9. I push all seeing his call as weak. If he had trips or overpair he would have taken his uaual 3 minutes and then raised. I push for 29000 thinking JR cant call with what i see as 77/88/10 10 or QJ. If he has KQ then its a tougher one for him. With much analysis from Bob and keith about what we each of us have JR calls with 10 10. River no help. Sorry did i say bad beat....I meant stupid bluff and great/dodgy call I would have said brilliant call but JR said "Niall wouldnt push with nothing but im calling anyway" Fisrtly i would say it was a crazy bet from me but i saw it as a turning point and a chance to take a serious pot from a player who i know is capable of folding top pair. If he has trips i gracefully leave red faced. But i went against everything i believe in by bluffing everything away without even a draw. Eamonn will you lend me your tank so i can practice going into it? ;D Results: 16 Runners1st - Noel Lydon - €160 2nd - Colm Kelly - €100 3rd - Mick Regan - €60 4th - Pat MacNamara 5th - Liam Lydon 6th - John Reynolds 7th - Keith Lydon 8th - Michael Higgins 9th - Bob Flatley 10th - Kieran Glynn League TableMick Regan - 34 pts. Yup crazy bet. Eamonn's tank would have told you that u could have made the chips easier against other players ie. Bob on the BB which u had position on. Surely by now you know it's only a matter of time before u hit KK against Bob's 44 (oh, sorry there's only one member of your family that does that) That's why I respect Muscles play more than your's Niall, he has the patience!!!

Good man Joe. Good to see at least 1 Claremorris player is capable of coming down to our level Tonight Ragged nearly dragged Danny down to our level Niall, he gave him a good fight heads up in one of the more interesting HU battles ive dealt. AKc no good V 99 in the end so Claremorris breathes a sigh of relief. Mind you, i think Ragged was thrown of course by a new Clareemorris tactic whereby Martin Mullahy calls a 2,000 bet in late position with no cards Nicky Power could teach him a thing or two about playing with no cards. They tried to blame the dealer.... Them boyos will try anything
