I'm sure everyone will be delighted to learn that I am officially the 6th best player in Knock at the end of the league.
I'm approx. 1/2 as good as my sister!

The Knock final was (finally) played last night. There was some mutterings at the start as the qualifiers started with 6,100 which in my humble opinion was scandalous big stack for quals(blinds 25-50). My first decent pot was with KK against Daryl's top pr. The very next hand I was dealt KK again and pushed on a 644 flop again against Daryl who was shortstacked then. He called and showed 64 for flopped house! Blasted KK!!! Revenge came later when I had AJ on the BB and Daryl raised from the SB. I pushed(we both had approx 12 BB's) and he called showing...KK! Flop AJ8 turn Q and I avoided the K and 10 on the river and doubled knocking Daryl out. Never looked back from there and went on to take down the E650 top prize. So I'm officially back on my perch as Knock no.1 for the time being!!!

Well done Bob. is this the beginning of the end of 'Bad Beat Bob'?
As for being the best player in Knock, well Pat Killeen made his come back in Kiltimagh last night and cashed in third. Still as mental as ever but a bit cuter in his play. There were a couple of americans playing and they didnt know what to make of him. 'Kiss my arse', endless ramblings about turf cutting, weanlings, silage etc
