Cmon Bob - U can do better than that!! Ok, was tired and lazy last night! First one was really nasty, guy just took a stupid gamble against the odds and hit. One of those times u just got to inhale deeply and get over it. Welcome to Bob's world! Second one wasn't as bad TBH, just because of the size of ur stack. The guy had double gutshot and it wasn't a huge amount more for him to call the expected push from u. He was still going to have 2k+ if he lost the hand. Believe me, I feel ur pain though.

Could I have got away from this? His pre flop smelled of AA or KK with the call, raise. I still had 3/4 of my stack but at that stage I'm only losing to AA. I opted to call because of the online tendency for lunatic play in early MTT. Think this will statistically be the correct call but my instinct was telling me I was against AA. Any thoughts?

I don't really like the preflop Bob, it just stinks of a monster and I'd be folding to the reraise.

You possibly should have got away from it preflop (Only hands you can put him on is AA/KK or possibly AK) I would have played it the same post flop. Only reason you call preflop is to try and spike a 9 so if you have decided to go for it you have to follow up with it when you hit your 9. He could just have easily had AKs or maybe he is trying to push you off AJ or AQ when you bet out on the flop while holding KK. As you said yourself its hard to put anyone on a hand at the lunacy stage. Jesus you are unlucky though!

Playing online tourney and waiting to line up this lunatic fish....He has reraised me preflop on numerous occasions and forced me to fold...Previous hand i had to lay down KK to him after an Ace flops...Down to 42 with money for top 40 and this happens
